Hi, I'm Olga and from my passion for this job and love for the area where I was born and where I live I created Wedding Valpolicella!
My company was born from long experience in the tourism sector and from the desire to welcome you and your guests to Valpolicella, a land famous for its wine and natural landscapes. As DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNER in Valpolicella, my focus is to make you experience a typical Italian wedding, be it among the vineyards or in a magnificent Venetian Villa. My goal is only one: take care of you and make you live an experience in Valpolicella.
It will be exciting to organize a typical Italian dinner for you with good freshly made pizza or taste the typical dishes in a historic Osteria in Verona, visit a vineyard while sipping good Valpolicella or Amarone or look at a starry sky accompanied by the music of a sax in a typical Lessinia mountain hut.
I will take care, together with my team, of the organization of your event in every detail: from the search for the best suppliers and local artisans to budget control, management of bureaucratic procedures without forgetting the welcome of your guests with the organization of transfers and /or stays. I will be your point of reference for every aspect of the event. I'm here to listen to you, let's set up a video call.

Hi, I'm Thilly, Stefania and Romina,
Thilly, always charged and sparkling, is pure energy without losing sight of the event. Our collaboration is born from friendship first and foremost and from the care of the customer and guests in which she excels, she will not forget anything about you.
With Stefania We've known each other since high school, but we met again over the years and decided to join forces. Mother of three children with decades of experience in the field of creative graphics and design, always looking for perfection. Be amazed by his creations (and trust his intuition!)
RominaSince I was little, she helped me organize events in our country house, she is part of the family and has never stopped helping and supporting me in this project too. She has the task of coordinating the events and training the wedding coordinators of Wedding Valpolicella.

We decided to organize a "Christmas" wedding in two months in a complex historical period. It was certainly a difficult challenge but Olga agreed to help us realize our dream. He listened to us, supported and encouraged us in moments of discouragement and, above all, he rejoiced with us on the day of the big event. We were not easy spouses but she, with patience, organized our wedding just as we wanted. Thank you Olga for taking us by the hand and accompanying us on our adventure.
