Step 01
Knowledge & Listening
We don't like wasting time and energy, so we prefer to schedule the first introductory video call directly by connecting from home, stay comfortable, we'll take care of the questions!
Event Analysis & Quote
After the first call, in which we will listen to what you want and the indicative budget, we will make an initial study of the case and its feasibility, based on our experience and offers on the market. Finally we will send a quote with our consultancy costs based on customizable packages.
Step 02
Step 03
Consulting & Organization
Once the quote has been accepted, we will send the contract and immediately start thinking about the actual organization. The consultancy involves continuous listening to your needs, the study of the mood board and style of the event. All this to find reliable suppliers and propose quotes in line with your budget.
Direction & Supervision
On the day of the event there will be control of the supplier team, supervision of the direction of the event and resolutions of any unforeseen events. At that point our work will be concluded, except for requests for services that include assistance the day after the event.
Step 04
On the day of the wedding, you will see us passing during the preparations, at the entrance to the nave and at the end of the day. We will be busy coordinating the event and you will be "busy" having fun and being together with your family and friends without stress and worries.

If we have not been able to resolve your doubts, write to us and we will be happy to answer your questions.
No problem! Calls will be scheduled based on time zone. You will be able to see the locations and be "present at the appointments" with videos that we will send you. We will show you the locations, suggest materials and possible setups and show them in the videos we send you. We will always compare!
Of course, we offer packages but we like to personalize the offer as each couple has unique needs and priorities.

Remember that the service is always customizable and that the work covers from 6 months to a year, starting from €2,500.00.
Here the cost undergoes numerous variables, based on the type of service, number of people, duration of the event, reception, transfer, type of event.
By bank transfer or credit card, payments will be divided based on the organization macro steps.
Certainly, as a professional, thanks to the AIWP I am covered by insurance dedicated to my profession and any unforeseen events that could occur in the course of my business.

Daniele & Giorgio
We decided to organize a "Christmas" wedding in two months in a complex historical period. It was certainly a difficult challenge but Olga agreed to help us realize our dream. He listened to us, supported and encouraged us in moments of discouragement and, above all, he rejoiced with us on the day of the big event. We were not easy spouses but she, with patience, organized our wedding just as we wanted. Thank you Olga for taking us by the hand and accompanying us on our adventure.
